We just launched a new donation form for all of our CauseVox fundraising sites. It features a brand new user interface for quicker donations, and some powerful new features as well.
Here’s what’s new…
1. Enhanced Donation Tiers
Donation tiers are directly displayed on the donation form, and they are selectable for a speedy donation process.
2. Four Step Guided Flow
We mapped out the four steps it takes donors to complete their donation so they can easily complete their donation.
3. PayPal Postal Address
With the new donation form, you’ll now be able to collect postal addresses for PayPal donations (this is a standard feature with Stripe).
4. Error Handling
If there’s an error with their donation, donors will get a message on what they need to do to complete their donation.
5. Updated Mobile Donation Form
All the new improvements also are found in our updated mobile donation form too!
Coming Soon: Recurring Donations
Recurring donations allow you to get monthly donations from your donors. We’re launching this in a phased approach starting next week.
