Walkathons, read-a-thons, and every other -a-thon
Give every participant a fundraising page, group them into teams that compete on a live leaderboard, and track the laps, books, or minutes their sponsors are backing — set up in an afternoon, free to run.
Powering peer-to-peer fundraising since 2010
Built for how an a-thon actually runs
Set up the campaign
Get a branded campaign live in an afternoon, with no design work.
Drag-and-drop campaign site with your branding, a goal, a live thermometer, and a countdown to the big day. Add info pages for the rules, the prize levels, and anything participants need before they start.
Give every participant a page
Every participant gets a page they can share in about a minute.
Personal fundraising pages take about a minute to create on any device — participants, family members, and supporters alike — each with their own goal and a bit of their own story, on a template you’ve already filled with default copy so nobody starts from a blank box.
Put teams against each other
Group participants into teams and let a live leaderboard drive the friendly competition.
Team pages group participants however your a-thon is organized — classes, grades, troops, departments, or families — with every individual page rolling up to the team total. Self-updating leaderboards rank top participants and top teams, so the competition stays visible all week.
Track what sponsors are backing
Let sponsors back a specific effort — laps, miles, books, or minutes.
The Activity Metric lets each participant set an activity goal — laps, miles, books, minutes — and track progress right on their page, so a sponsor sees the effort, not just the total.
Make sponsoring effortless
Sponsors give from their phone, and can back several participants at once.
Sponsors give by card, ACH, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and can add several participants to a cart and give to all of them in one checkout — which matters when a family is backing more than one person. Cash and checks collected in person get logged into the same total.
Keep the sponsors
Every sponsor becomes a record you can reach for next year’s campaign.
Every sponsor lands in your records with full history, and can go onto your newsletter or into an automated email series — so the next campaign starts with a warm list instead of a blank page.

Common questions
Do we have to charge participants to take part?
No. Most a-thons are free to join — participants raise from sponsors instead. You can add a registration fee if you want one, but nothing requires it.
How do participants get their own page?
They create one in about a minute on a phone or laptop, starting from a template you’ve already filled with default text and your branding. Family members and supporters can create pages too, not just the participants themselves.
Can we run team competitions?
Yes. Team pages group participants however your a-thon is organized — class, grade, troop, department, workplace, or family — and leaderboards rank both individuals and teams.
Can sponsors back a number of laps, books, or minutes?
Yes. The Activity Metric lets each participant set and track an activity goal on their page, so sponsors can see the effort they’re supporting.
Can a parent sponsor more than one child at once?
Yes. Sponsors add several participants to a cart and complete every gift in a single transaction.
What about cash and checks collected in person?
Log them as offline gifts and they count toward the participant’s total and the team leaderboard just like online gifts.
Is it really free?
You can run your a-thon on the free plan with no credit card. Paid plans start at $100/month with no commitment if you want more as you grow — see pricing.
