We use this information to provide messaging functionality, facilitate message delivery, support customers, maintain compliance records, detect abuse, maintain security, and operate or improve the platform.
When a nonprofit organization uses CauseVox to send messages to its own contacts, CauseVox generally processes that information in connection with providing services to that organization.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data, consent records, and related mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share mobile messaging data only with service providers and subprocessors as necessary to provide messaging services, support delivery, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with law.
Recipients may opt out of text messages by replying STOP where supported. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance where supported. Message and data rates may apply.

- Service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the website, platform, payments, hosting, communications, analytics, security, and support functions

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP where supported.
Transactional, administrative, security, and account-related communications are not marketing communications.

11. EEA, UK, and Swiss Rights

12. Data Privacy Framework Disclosures
To the extent CauseVox relies on the Data Privacy Framework for transfers of personal information, CauseVox remains responsible for the processing of personal information it receives under the Data Privacy Framework and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf, unless CauseVox proves it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
CauseVox is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission with respect to compliance with the Data Privacy Framework, where applicable.
If you have a complaint regarding our handling of personal information received in reliance on the Data Privacy Framework, please contact us first at support@causevox.com so we may attempt to resolve the issue. Where required, CauseVox will cooperate with the appropriate dispute resolution and regulatory bodies.
If applicable law or the Data Privacy Framework requires binding arbitration as a residual dispute resolution mechanism, that mechanism may be available to you under the conditions set forth in the Data Privacy Framework Principles.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 except as permitted by law and through our customers' use of the platform.
