Table seating for fundraising eventsFill every table without chasing a single name.
Sell a table and the seats come with it. Table hosts invite their guests, guests RSVP and pick their meal, and you check everyone in at the door. Every guest lands in your CRM, not just the person who bought the table.
Pro from $600/mo. Card required, cancel anytime before the trial ends.
Seating runs on the rest of your event
Tickets, paddles, and guest records all live in CauseVox, so a seat is filled once and shows up everywhere it matters.
Right now, filling tables means chasing people.
If your seating chart lives in email threads and a spreadsheet, you know where all the planning time goes.
Chasing names
Sponsors buy tables, then you email every host for their guest list. Then you email again.
Keeping track of seats
The spreadsheet says “Guest of Frankie” six times, and it’s out of date the moment someone cancels or swaps tables.
Gathering guest info
Meal choices, allergies, and plus-ones trickle in by reply, text, and phone call, and someone has to type them all in.
Sell the table. Let your guests fill it.
Table hosts fill their own tables, guests send their own meal choices, and you seat everyone else with a click.
Hosts fill their own tables
Sell a sponsor table and CauseVox sets it up with the right number of seats. The table host (or table captain) invites their guests by email, or guests pick the table when they register. Nobody emails you a list of names.
Reserved table for 10, with recognition in the program.
Guests send their own meal choices
When guests RSVP, they pick their meal, note any dietary needs, and answer any other questions you add. If plans change, they move their own seat, up to the deadline you set.
Seat everyone else in one click
General admission guests and anyone without a seat wait in one list. Pick a table, click the arrow next to a name, and they’re seated. No seating chart to keep in sync.
Scan them in. Point them to their seat.
Every guest gets a ticket with a QR code. Scan it with the check-in app on any phone, and their table and paddle number come right up.
Coming SoonA ticket for every guest
The QR code lives on their ticket, with add-to-calendar buttons and directions to the venue.
Confirm each guest, or keep the line moving
Standard mode shows the guest first so you can confirm. Express mode checks them straight in when the line is long.
Or check in from the guest list
Check guests in or out, or mark a no-show, right from the attendee list on a laptop at the registration table.
Every guest, and where they stand.
See who has RSVP’d, who still needs a seat or a meal choice, and who has arrived, all in one guest list.
See who’s missing a seat or a meal
Pull up guests without a table or a meal choice in one click, and get your meal counts to the caterer on time.
Save the lists you use often
Keep lists like “sponsor tables” or “VIPs who haven’t RSVP’d” one click away.
Email, tag, and export
Email every guest or just one group, tag guests in bulk, and export the list for the venue, the caterer, or place cards.
One paddle per couple
Couples can share a paddle number and bid together during the live auction or paddle raise.
Table hosts manage their own table
Hosts see who has RSVP’d for their table and fill the open seats themselves, without emailing you.
You set the rules
Decide whether guests can change or give up their seat, and pick the date your seating chart locks.
The whole room lands in your CRM.
When seating lives in a spreadsheet, the only person you really know is the one who paid for the table. On CauseVox, every guest lands in your CRM with their table, their paddle, and their gifts. So the follow-up after the gala reaches everyone who came.
Thank everyone who came
Send one thank-you to everyone who checked in the next morning, not just to the ten people who bought tables.
Reach the guests who couldn’t make it
Send the no-shows a note with what they missed, while the night is still fresh.
Turn guests into donors
A guest who came with a friend is now a contact you can invite next year and include in your year-end appeal.
Know who brought whom
Every table keeps its host, so you can see which sponsors filled their seats and thank the hosts who brought new people.

Common questions
How do guests claim their seats?
Two ways. Guests can register under a specific table when they buy their ticket, or a table host can invite guests by email to RSVP. Either way, each guest picks their meal and answers any other questions you add. No spreadsheet, and no one collecting names by hand.
Can table hosts fill their own tables?
Yes. Table hosts (some events call them table captains) invite their own guests and see who has RSVP’d and how many seats are still open. You can seat anyone yourself too.
Can guests change their seat?
Yes, if you allow it. Guests can move their own seat up to a deadline you set. After that, the chart is locked and only your team can make changes.
How does check-in work?
Today, you check guests in and out, or mark a no-show, right from the attendee list. Every guest also gets a QR code on their ticket, and our check-in app (coming soon) will scan it on any phone and show their table and paddle number.
Does every guest end up in the CRM?
Yes. Every guest lands in your CRM, not just the person who bought the table. Their table, paddle, and gifts all live on their record, so your follow-up after the event reaches everyone who came.
Which plan includes table seating?
Table seating is part of Pro, from $600/mo billed annually. You can try Pro free for 14 days. Card required, cancel anytime before the trial ends. See pricing for every plan.
