Your registration includes access to the main conference experience from April 5–7, 2027, including keynote sessions, learning tracks, community experiences, connection opportunities, renewal practices, meals and refreshments throughout the event, and select evening events.

Yes. You can transfer your ticket to a colleague up to three weeks before Exhale for a $75 fee — just email us the new attendee's details.

For refunds: cancel by February 4, 2027 (60 days before the event) for a full refund, less a $75 handling fee. After that date, tickets are non-refundable but remain transferable (up to three weeks before). No-shows are not refundable. Questions about your registration? Email candace@causevox.com.

Exhale will take place April 5–7, 2027 in Austin, Texas. The main conference experience will take place across a multi-venue, campus-style environment designed to encourage movement, exploration, and meaningful connection.

We're currently working on hotel options and will share recommended places to stay as soon as they're available. Because Exhale is being designed as a multi-venue, campus-style experience, we'll provide guidance on the best areas to stay so you can get the most out of the event.

Yes. Meals and refreshments are included throughout the conference. We are designing Exhale to feel thoughtful, welcoming, and energizing — including food and beverage experiences that support connection, comfort, and community — with more specifics shared closer to the event.

Wear what helps you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to move through a multi-venue conference experience. Exhale will include indoor and outdoor spaces, walking between venues, evening events, and casual community experiences. Comfortable shoes are strongly encouraged.
