Getting started with online fundraising can be difficult and confusing. We’ve heard from many of you that were waiting to set up your fundraising campaigns to fit within our 30 day trial period. Some organizations were even creating multiple accounts to extend their trial — very clever.
You’ll be glad to hear that we’ve replaced our 30-day trial period with something more flexible and better for you.
Here is the new trial period — There are no monthly fees until you raise $3,000. You can start setting up your online fundraising campaigns with no worries of an expiring trial period.
For those that are being billed monthly and have not raised $3,000, your billing will stop immediately. For those on our annual plan, your plan will not start until you’ve raised $3,000.
