Session I: Effective Major Donor Development with Charles Burge

Charles has served for over 30 years in the nonprofit world as an executive, communicator, and coach for influencers and fundraisers. He has helped raised over $35 million for several renown nonprofits in both the U-S and other countries worldwide. His desire is to see an increase in revenue to the nonprofit world where it will do the most good.

Chanda Lockhart, Director of Development and Outreach, Gateway Public Schools

Chanda Lockhart has 13 years of fundraising and marketing experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a passion for education and youth development, LGBTQ+ youth programs, and food access and insecurity service organizations. Chanda has led small to medium size organizations through rebranding, strategic planning and leadership transitions. She is the founder #ladyboss, a professional women’s meet-up group, dreams of cooking with Chef Yotam Ottolenghi, and her Instagram feed is all food dishes that she hopes Ottolenghi will find impressive.
