As of July 2021, 56% of American consumers have used a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) service (such as Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna) which allows consumers to purchase and receive a product immediately and finance the cost through several installment payments.
That’s a 48% increase from the previous year.
